PRODUCTS

Are they Handmade?

-  Yes! Each jewelry piece is handmade, meaning I plan the design, cut, assemble, and finish every item by hand and using a variety of high-quality ready-made components such as chains, beads, charms, and other findings such as lobster clasps.

While I DO NOT forge metals or make every element from raw materials, each piece is thoughtfully and carefully put together by me.

This is later combined in unique ways to create custom, and unique handcrafted designs. 

SHIPPING

- Delivery Time: Usually 1-2 business weeks (not counting holidays.)

- Products are shipped within 1-5 days MAX

- Custom orders vary as I am not responsible for shipping delays when it comes to customization orders.

RETURNS

- I gladly accept returns.

Returns are also applicable if your item is broken or damaged from Shipment. I can fix your order with a $4.50 fee to return the item to the original return address. Message me for additional steps on how to return.

Contact me within 15 days of your delivery for a guaranteed refund
(Handling fees + taxes are not included).
